Gift vouchers can be redeemed against most bookings made with Helloworld Travel however some limitations may apply from time to time.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender.
Valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied to any existing bookings. The gift voucher must be presented at the time of booking.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If your booking value exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by another accepted form of payment.
If you cancel your booking and it included the use of a gift voucher, you may be eligible to have the value refunded. Read refunds for bookings made with a gift voucher for more information
Only one gift voucher can be used per booking. Exceptions may apply if mutually agreed by you and Helloworld Travel. We suggest speaking with your Travel Advisor for further details.
Helloworld Travel reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value or refund to the original purchaser unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher.
Helloworld Travel can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees) associated with a gift voucher
